Policies & Information

Exclusions:

Transportation to and from the marina and personal expenses are not included.

Additional Charges:

Overtime charter: VND 12,500,000 per additional hour.

A 20% surcharge applies to services provided during Vietnamese public holidays and the Lunar New Year (Tet).

Payment Policy:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 1 hour prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy;

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

1. Is food and beverage service available?

At present, Ana Marina does not offer an in-house food and beverage service. However, guests may enjoy dining from two restaurants located within the marina, with meals arranged for onboard setup prior to departure.
